Behind Her Brilliance
Behind Her Brilliance is a powerful introduction to the real stories, challenges, and mindset shifts of Australian women building micro businesses on their own terms. Through founder insights and lessons from lived experience, this series highlights what leadership looks like when it’s grounded in empathy, purpose, and community. This course begins with an opening module on mindset, followed by inspiring videos from women who are reshaping business from the inside out.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Recognise the mindset shifts that support early-stage business confidence and resilience
- Identify common internal barriers such as imposter syndrome, fear of failure, and perfectionism—and apply reframes to move through them
- Understand the value of personal strengths like empathy, intuition, and collaboration in microbusiness success
- Feel inspired and informed by the real experiences of diverse female founders
- Reflect on their own story, motivations, and potential business journey with increased clarity
- Take one or more mindset-informed steps toward starting or growing their own business
